i see a beautiful
story
unfolding before
me
the story of
how we create
destiny
A family around me
n only we
in a fibre glass
yacht
when a grown up
says
this is beautiful i
agree
but i long for death
the freedom that
will really make me
free
when suddenly
booms a voice
that says..
“Now is the chance
you have
to earn it
if you die
next moment you
will be reborn
sent back to this
world
of face and form”
i turn..
look around
and see no one
Puzzled
i rise n return
into the room
within
as the yacht..
speeds on
to a shore along
a forested estate
The yacht speeds
on
with a puzzled me
on board
Next i find us all
in a quaint little
home
within the estate..
As i roam
about n settle
before a breezy
window
chatting with dad
along comes a large
tiger
leaping gracefully
to clear the wired
fence..
to land neatly
on the forest trail
that runs..
through the land
through the
forested patch
right before our
eyes
gently pointing at
the creature
so dad can see
i hear me say
so there are tigers
here
dad
n dad kept alert n
stared
in wonder at the
majestic cats
strolling quietly on
padded feet
on thick carpet
of forest leaves
Suddenly from
way behind
the same leafy
trail
appeared a long
haired Shepherd
herding a group of
deer
n children
following merrily
behind
walking on like a
song
like the forest were
their home
when the merry
group
goes trooping by..
right before my
very sight
more tigers jump n
gather for
a good look at the
troop
of merry goers
That’s when a child
points n calls out
The shepherd
turns to see
tigers accompany
the kids n deer
But he waves
aside worry
N says “do not
panic
these tigers are
mere sheep
to those awake
n not asleep
do not panic
these tigers
are innocent
they only eat
when they get the
scent
of meat
killed by cruel men
Do not panic
these tigers
do not feed
on growing crop
n on little children
who do not stop..
these innocent
beasts
eat only meat
they recognise as
dead
Children even
though
they walk beside
even if you drop
yourself n fall
down
You are in no
danger
unless You hear
the call of Pride
N stay down”
Echoes
the same strange
voice
